Today, the shipping teams at Fenech & Fenech Advocates and Fenech & Fenech Marine Services proudly join the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the global maritime community in commemorating World Maritime Day, centred around the theme ‘MARPOL at 50 – Our Commitment Goes On.’
The MARPOL Convention has played a pivotal role in moulding the landscape of Malta’s maritime sector into its current form. Whilst recognizing the revolutionary influence of this Convention on the Maltese shipping industry, we reaffirm our steadfast support of the IMO’s endeavours in advancing sustainable shipping practices and the forthcoming innovations within this dynamic industry.
