Following the success of last year’s webinar series entitled Talking with the Industry, this year we have decided to go out and visit the industry. We will be hosting our webinar panel discussions on-site and LIVE from various premises and places, which resonates with Malta’s vibrant shipping industry.

Fenech & Fenech Advocates are extremely proud to announce that the first webinar in this new series will be held on the 24^th of May 2022 at 12:00hrs (CET) entitled ‘Shipping and Sanctions: Live from Malta Freeport’

Our webinar, involving shipping stakeholders as well as key government officials, will feature a panel discussion on the recent surge in trade sanctions, their impact on shipping, the importance of risk assessment, and the consequences of possible breaches. In addition to our distinguished guest speakers, Adrian Attard will also form part of our panel.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Dr Ann Fenech.
