The Corporate Law department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates provides high quality corporate advice to clients in a variety of sectors, both public and private, advising on all aspects of company law, corporate governance, ESG, corporate disputes, the Listing Rules and corporate matters generally. The team has experience in advising company secretaries on the fulfilment of their functions and obligations, as well as assisting clients to maintain corporate compliance, advising directors and other officers alike regarding their legal obligations, including those operating within regulated entities.

The team is often called in to assist the Commercial Law team and the M&A team to draft shareholder and board resolutions and to document transactions from a governance perspective. The M&A team includes a number of experienced litigants who handle shareholder disputes such as unfair prejudice cases and other corporate disputes in the courts and tribunals in Malta and also in arbitrations.
