Commercial Law
The Commercial Law department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates comprises of a team of experts in various areas of relevance to both private and public sector clients operating businesses in different industries. The team is involved in commercial advisory services including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, service contracts, supply agreements, consumer contracts, sale and purchase agreements and joint venture agreements amongst others. It is known for its pragmatic and practical approach to the resolution of commercial issues, providing timely and workable solutions to often complex problems.
The team has experience with dealing with multi-party cross-border transactions and relationships in various sectors in regulated businesses. It draws upon the expertise of other departments, in particular the Employment Law department, the Competition Law department, the Tax department, the Finance department, and the TMT department, all of which are relevant to many of the businesses the firm advises. Furthermore, the team includes a number of litigants with experience in commercial litigation including, notably, expertise in private international law and the enforcement of foreign judgements in Malta and across the EU.
