Peter Grima, Senior Associate in the Ship Finance department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, writes an article commemorating the 50th anniversary of Malta’s Merchant Shipping Act and provides a historical account of the invaluable contributions of the late Dr. Joe Fenech, that were pivotal to the introduction of landmark amendments to the Act in 1988.
