Senior Associate

Sarah Fenech is a Senior Associate within the Financial Services department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. She graduated as a doctor of laws from the Faculty of Laws of the University of Malta in 2013.

Sarah regularly assists with corporate and asset finance transactions (acting for lenders and borrowers alike), and has experience with the various type of security agreements typically perused in such transactions in the local sphere. She has also been involved in a number legal due diligence projects and M&A transactions throughout her practice.

Having occupied the role of company secretary on various public and private entities over the years, Sarah is also experienced in advising on a vast array of corporate governance matters and providing general legal administrative support to both regulated and non-regulated entities.
