Maronia Magri Tabone

Maronia Magri Tabone is an Associate within the Local Litigation Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. Her areas of expertise are litigation and dispute resolution, as well as real estate and conveyancing.

She started her journey with Fenech & Fenech Advocates in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Malta in 2018, after having presented her dissertation titled 'Life Imprisonment: Reflections Following the Landmark Judgment ‘Ben Hassine Ben Ali Wahid vs Prime Minister et''. Subsequently, in 2019, Maronia attained her Masters of Advocacy from the University of Malta and was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2020.

Within the Local Litigation team, Maronia supports both local and foreign clients in the areas of civil, criminal and commercial litigation before the Maltese Courts and before specialised Boards and Tribunals. Her primary focus revolves around property law, including briefs concerning sale, lease, damages, contracts of work, real and personal rights, emphyteusis, and servitudes amongst others aspects. She also handles briefs on general civil and commercial matters, debt collection, and administrative review.
