Senior Associate

Luca is a Senior Associate within the Corporate and Commercial department of Fenech & Fenech Advocates. A warranted lawyer with over 10 years’ PQE, he graduated as Doctor of Laws (LL.D) in 2011 and was called to the bar in 2012.

Following his pupillage in civil and commercial litigation, he spent some years working in the corporate services industry, following which he joined Fenech & Fenech’s Corporate and Commercial department in 2015.

In 2017, Luca took a sabbatical to found a start-up that was eventually acquired by a local group of companies. He also consulted for local organisations involved in the media and healthcare sectors.

Luca re-joined the firm in 2021 and is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Luca has worked with various law firms, as well as in-house counsel in the corporate services industry. He has also held the role of Deputy General Counsel with an international healthcare services provider based in Madrid, Spain. To this end, Luca has garnered expertise in a number of fields including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, trusts and foundations, public procurement and healthcare.

Luca also routinely advises on local and EU regulatory matters and is a core member of Fenech & Fenech’s legal due diligence team.
