Associate

Chantal Bezzina is an Associate within the Local Litigation Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. Her areas of expertise are litigation and dispute resolution, as well as real estate and conveyancing.

She joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates as an Associate in 2022, after having earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2020 from the University of Malta. Her academic journey included the completion of a thesis titled 'A Comparative Analysis of the Concept of Redundancy in Employment and Kindred Consequences between Maltese Law and UK Law’. Chantal furthered her legal education by obtaining a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2021.

In 2022, Chantal was admitted to the Maltese Bar and now makes part of the Local Litigation Department, where she assists and represents clients in criminal, commercial and civil litigation. Her primary focus lies in aspects related to property law and debt collection.
