Dr Nicolai Vella Falzon, Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial & Corporate Law Department, and Dr Ann Fenech, Partner and Head of the Marine Litigation Department, will be attending the IBA Annual Conference in Paris between the 29th October and the 3rd November.

Dr Ann Fenech has been invited to speak at the Maritime & Transport Law Committee session on ‘Arrest, Attachment and Judicial Sale’, taking place on Thursday 2nd November. She will be discussing the latest developments on the newly signed Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships.
