Alison Vassallo Head of our Yachting Department moderated the Regulatory and Fiscal Session during Super Yacht Americas WPM on Wednesday 20th March 2024. Alison also provided an overview of the latest developments in Malta and key issues being faced by clients navigating the main yachting jurisdictions in Europe.

The Mare Forum Event which is supported by the Cayman Islands Registry and the International Superyacht Society (ISS) was held on the eve of the kick off to West Palm Beach Boat Show.
