The Firm is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated lawyer within the Litigation Department.
General Responsibilities include:
- Attending court and tribunal sittings.
- Assisting clients with the provision of legal assistance and advice in constitutional, real estate, civil & commercial litigation, and arbitration.
- Research and drafting legal advice and judicial documents.
- Supporting the legal team generally, under the direction of the Firm’s partners.
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- Be fully warranted.
- Be able to work under pressure and is results oriented.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Have excellent communication skills especially in Maltese and English, both verbal and written.
