The third annual Fenech & Fenech IP Law Forum will be held on World Intellectual Property Day, 26th April 2019. The conference shall be dealing with the most current and topical Intellectual Property Law issues, with this year’s theme being Fuel: Food, Sports & Knowledge Exploitation.
Together with Fenech & Fenech Advocates’ in-house speakers, guest speakers will include a representative of the Comptroller of Industrial Property, Members of the European Parliament and representatives from the Customs Authority along with a number of representatives from government, companies, academics and trendsetters involved in the food, sports and knowledge exploitation industry.
The Forum is aimed at entrepreneurs, authors and producers, athletes and sports management, legal professionals, in-house counsel, and all those having a keen interest in the interaction between the various facets of Intellectual Property and everyday life. The Forum is not solely for people with a legal background, but is open to all.
The IP Law Forum will be held at Salini Resorts and will start at 9:00 (registration at 08:30) and run until 16:00. The participation fee is of €80 (incl. VAT) which includes coffee breaks and a networking lunch.
