With more than 24 years of experience in the field, Rosanne Bonnici is the head of tax at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. Bonnici has impressive expertise in financial services, group restructuring and cross-border structuring, among other areas. She is also a founding member of the Malta Institute of Tax, of which she was the deputy president.
Fenech & Fenech advises clients on all areas of direct and indirect tax, including personal tax, estate planning, M&A deals and a variety of other transactions. The tax practice liaises with the Maltese tax authorities and advises the government on fiscal legislation.
