ELSA Summer Law School Awards ceremony

Alison Vassallo who heads our Yachting Department, attended the closing ceremony of the 2017 edition of the ELSA Summer Law School that was held at the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) on the 25th August 2017.

Mrs Elda Kazara-Belja, Lecturer / Admissions Officer within the Institute, welcomed the 56 law students attending from all over Europe and provided them with a background of the history of  the institute and the several academic programmes that are available to students that are interested in pursuing their studies in International Maritime Law. Mrs Belja encouraged the students to remain in touch with the institute and to obtain more information on the various programmes that were on offer.

Alison wished the students all the best for their studies and career progression and said that it was an honour for Fenech and Fenech Advocates to have rendered their support as Academic Partners in this year’s edition of the Summer Law School which focused on Maritime law.
