F&F at the Transport and Ins. Law Conference
Managing Partner and Head of the Marine Litigation Department Ann Fenech was invited to address the 2nd International Conference on Transport and Insurance Law in Zagreb held between the 12th and 13th of October. The conference is organised by the Croatian Transport Law Association in conjunction with the Ministry for Transport of Croatia. The theme of the conference was the challenges which lie ahead in new technologies, business models and globalisation. These topics were covered bearing in mind all types of transportation, aviation, rolling stock and shipping. Dr. Fenech spoke about the work currently being undertaken by the International Working Group of the Comite Maritime International on Ship Finance security practices which she chairs.
