Associate

William Farrugia is an Associate within the Tax & Immigration Law Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. His primary areas of focus are Domestic & International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing.

William joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates in 2024, following his experience at the Amsterdam office of a global law firm, where he worked in the tax and transfer pricing practice.

He graduated with Bachelor of Laws and Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta and was admitted to the Bar in 2022. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam.

He has experience advising on the domestic and international tax implications of cross-border trade and business, the application of tax treaties, and EU directives, as well as assisting with tax dispute resolution. William is also well experienced in the field of transfer pricing, helping clients design and implement robust transfer pricing policies and achieve certainty in their practices.

William is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation, the Malta Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
