Associate

Rachel is an Associate within the Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

Rachel joined the firm in 2026, having graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2019 and completed her Master of Advocacy in 2020. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2021.

Prior to joining Fenech & Fenech Advocates, Rachel gained extensive experience across various legal practice areas, developing a strong foundation in litigation. She continues to focus on litigation, particularly civil litigation, regularly assisting and representing clients before courts and tribunals in Malta. Her experience further includes vetting titles to immovable property, providing general advisory services including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as assisting in corporate law matters.
