Associate

Petra Grima is an Associate at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, working within the Local Litigation Department. Her areas of expertise include litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on real estate and conveyancing, as well as debt collection.

She joined the firm in 2019 and earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2022 from the University of Malta. Her thesis explored the current rural policy framework and the proposed Rural Policy and Design Guidance 2020. Following this, she completed her Master of Advocacy in 2023 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2024.

Petra specialises in representing both local and foreign clients across a broad range of civil, commercial and criminal law matters. Her key areas of focus include property law, succession law, debt collection, and administrative review, among others.
