Carl Grech is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates specialising in civil and commercial disputes. After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta, Carl has obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate and commercial law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Carl has represented clients in the construction and insurance sectors before the Courts, including at Appeal stage and in arbitration proceedings.
