
Marta Zammit
Trainee
Marta Zammit is a Trainee at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, working within the Employment Law Department.
Marta joined the firm in 2023 after earning her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Malta. Her thesis explored whether domestic violence is viewed as a public matter rather than a private issue by analysing legislative amendments as well as judicial and executive approaches. During her undergraduate studies, she also spent a semester at the University of Groningen through the Erasmus exchange programme. Marta completed her Master of Advocacy in 2024 and is set to apply for admission to the Maltese Bar in 2025.
At Fenech & Fenech, she now focuses on matters mainly concerning Employment Advisory and Litigation. Marta frequently provides guidance to both domestic and international clients on a wide range of employment issues. This includes advising on dismissals, equal pay concerns and redundancies.
