Associate

Helene Kristensen is an Associate within the TMT Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

Helene joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Malta in 2023 and completed her Master of Advocacy in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester at Robert Gordon University in Scotland through the Erasmus exchange programme. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2025. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. Helene is an elected board member of Malta IT Law Association (MITLA).

At Fenech & Fenech, she focuses mainly on Intellectual Property matters, advising both domestic and international clients on the acquisition and protection of IP rights, as well as on enforcement and infringement issues. She also regularly provides guidance in relation to information technology, gaming and data protection matters.
