Thomas is a Senior Associate within the International Practice department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates and joined the firm in 2014, after having obtained his Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from the University of Malta.

 

Thomas was called to the bar in 2015, and practices mainly in Commercial law, Competition and Consumer law, Employment and Industrial Relations, and Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT).  He advises clients in a variety of sectors and industries, and represents clients in arbitration and litigation in the Maltese Superior Courts and Tribunals in all matters related to his areas of expertise.

 

Thomas also assists clients with a variety of cross-border recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments matters, and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars related to his areas of practice.
