Sarah is a junior associate within Fenech & Fenech Advocates’ International Practice Department, having joined the Firm in 2018. Her main areas of practice are Immigration and Tax law.

 

Sarah was conferred a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2014, followed by a Diploma of Notary Public in 2015. After defending her thesis entitled: “Limiting Innocent Passage: The Protection of Vulnerable Island States”, she obtained her Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in 2017 and was admitted to the bar in 2018.

 

Sarah’s main areas of practice are Tax and Immigration law, with a focus on assisting expatriates with their relocation to Malta, advising private clients and related tax law issues.

 

Sarah has a strong background in litigation, having previously advised and represented clients in various civil law and minor criminal law matters in the Maltese courts. She has also been extensively involved in advising international and local clients on significant local real estate projects.
