Initially graduating from the University of Malta in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws(Honours) Degree after having submitted a research paper entitled ‘Videogame Preservation: A legal analysis” whereby such paper constituted of a comparative analysis within a legal perspective in terms of the preservation of such specialised software protected by various intellectual property laws, including trademarks and copyright, under the legislation enacted locally, in the Member States of the European Union Perspective and also in the United States.

 

The following year, qualifying as a lawyer by graduating with a Masters in Advocacy Degree and shortly afterwards, admittance to the Maltese bar in 2019.

 

With respect to previous experiences, this includes knowledge in various areas such as incorporations, pledging of securities, advising on corporate structures and the various AML obligations, immigration, tax implications on corporate entities and legal drafting of contracts whether such contract be of commercial or civil nature.

 

With respect to current practice areas, the main fields are within the Commercial and Corporate realm, whereby knowledge is possessed in such fields whether it be in terms of compliance or advisory and assisting clients in Mergers and Acquisitions and the various others Corporate transactions.
