Ruth is a trainee associate within the International Practice Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

 

Ruth obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2017 after having submitted her Research Paper on the importance of international port security in combatting transnational organized crime by carrying out an analysis of Chapter X-12 the amendment to SOLAS 2002: the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code and its transposition into Maltese law.

 

In 2018 she qualified as a lawyer with a Masters in Advocacy and was admitted to the Maltese bar in January 2019.

 

During her time at University she was involved with ELSA Malta and ELSA International assisting with the publishing of the Synergy Magazine.

 

Ruth joined the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of the firm. She also assists clients in setting up and registering Organisations as a Legal Person and enrolling with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations Office.
