Nicholas DeBono

Associate
Nicholas is an associate at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. His areas of expertise include litigation; alternate dispute resolution; family law as well as advice on real estate.

Nicholas joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates as a student in 2015 and is now an associate within the local litigation department. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (honours) from the University of Malta in 2018 after having submitted his dissertation with regards to juridical interest in constitutional matters and public law affairs. In 2019, he graduated with a Masters in Advocacy.

He pursued his post-graduate studies in London where he read for an LL.M. in international dispute resolution at Queen Mary University of London and the School of International Arbitration. His dissertation dealt with the concept of transnational public policy with regards to the enforcement of arbitral awards.

Nicholas was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2020 and is part of the litigation department and assists the team in the areas of civil, criminal and commercial litigation.
