Emma is a junior associate within the International Practice department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

 

Emma graduated with a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta in 2017 and was called to the bar in January 2018 after successfully defending her thesis entitled “The Challenges and Opportunities of Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrencies in the ambit of Gaming Law.”

 

Emma’s main focus is Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law. Emma also regularly assists local and international clients on matters related to Gaming, GDPR and Intellectual Property.

 

Emma is fluent in English and Maltese and has a working knowledge of Italian and French.
