Amanda Cini is a Senior Associate, working within the Firm’s International Practice Department. Amanda was admitted to the Bar in 2012, and has been practising in several fields of law since then. Amanda has tendered legal advice to an extensive local and international client base.

 

Amanda has also represented local and international clients before local courts and tribunals on several issues. She has gained experience in commercial and civil litigation, including matters relating to financial services, family law, taxation and aviation.

 

Amanda’s core practice areas include, corporate and commercial, trusts and foundations, real estate, encompassing the taxation implications of property transfers, leases (commercial and residential), financing and loans, succession (local and cross-border), estate planning, employment law, family law, aviation, contract drafting, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, tax, and immigration.
