Arthur Henrique Filho Pasquini is an Associate within the Tax & Immigration Law Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

Arthur joined the firm in 2025. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Unicuritiba, Brazil, in 2014 and subsequently pursued postgraduate studies at the Lisbon Law School, University of Lisbon, where he completed a Specialisation in Tax Law in 2017 and a Specialisation in Financial and Fiscal Law in 2018. In 2019, he further completed the Course of Taxation at the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Arthur brings over nine years of professional experience across Malta, Portugal and Brazil. He advises on tax, immigration and corporate matters, with a particular focus on direct taxation and international direct tax issues.
