Trainee

Andrea is a Trainee within the Litigation Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

Andrea joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates as an intern in 2024 and was subsequently promoted to Trainee in 2025. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2024, submitting a dissertation examining the interpretation of Article 3 of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance (Chapter 104 of the Laws of Malta). He later graduated with a Master of Advocacy in 2025 and is currently preparing for the warrant examination.

His main areas of practice include Construction Law, Property Law and Constitutional Law. He assists clients and senior members of the firm in a wide range of matters, including real estate transactions, litigation and arbitration, debt collection, and the drafting of construction contracts, including FIDIC based agreements. He is also involved in matters relating to Commercial Law, Public Procurement, and Planning Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was a Legal Intern with one of Malta’s largest gaming companies, where he gained exposure to Data Protection and Gaming Law.
