Junior Associate

Alexandra Gaglione is a Junior Associate at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, working within the Local Litigation Department. Her primary areas of interest include litigation and dispute resolution, as well as constitutional and family law.

She joined Fenech & Fenech Advocates in 2023 after earning her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Malta, where she authored a thesis titled ‘A Critical Analysis of the 2020 Constitutional Amendments vis-à-vis the Recommendations of the Venice Commission’. Alexandra further advanced her legal education by obtaining a Master of Advocacy in 2023, during which she also served as President of The University Students’ Council (KSU).

In 2024, Alexandra was admitted to the Maltese Bar and now forms part of the Local Litigation Department, where she primarily assists clients with civil and constitutional law matters.
