We are pleased to share that Thomas Bugeja, Partner, and Maria DeBono, Senior Associate, both within the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department, have obtained the licence required to act as Insolvency Practitioners in Malta after successfully completing the Insolvency Practitioner Accreditation Course with the Malta Business Registry.

Insolvency Practitioners play a key role in corporate restructuring, rescue and insolvency proceedings. Introduced under Malta’s recent insolvency reforms, they assist companies facing financial distress, oversee restructuring processes and may act in various insolvency-related capacities.
