Sarah Cannataci, Associate within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, was invited by the Malta Business Bureau to give a presentation on the upcoming Cyber Resilience Act during a virtual seminar held on the 31st January 2023.
 
The audience, composed of a variety of stakeholders, were introduced to the main obligations under the proposed Cyber Resilience Act, its aims, and how it affects manufacturers, importers and distributors in Malta.
