On the 19^th March 2021, our ship registration department assisted with the transfer of ownership of the Malta flagged three-vessel Azamara fleet from Royal Caribbean Group to the private equity firm Sycamore Partners who decided to retain the Malta flag for their newly acquired passenger ships. We are delighted to have assisted both parties to this transaction which although took place on a public holiday, went ahead seamlessly also thanks to the assistance of the Malta Ship Registry’s efficient 24 hour service.
