Rebecca Diacono has been appointed as Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

Rebecca joined the firm as a Trainee Associate within the Tax & Immigration Law Department in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2017, after having obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degrees from the University of Malta. She has also successfully completed the Malta Institute of Taxation Professional Certificate in Taxation (Cert. Tax) and was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services.

Today, Rebecca advises a largely international clientele in matters of group restructuring, domestic and international taxation, cross-border structures and international tax planning. Rebecca also advises extensively on private wealth matters, assisting high-net worth individuals with their relocation to Malta, including tax, immigration and succession planning matters.
