Managing Partner Ann Fenech was invited in her capacity as Vice President of the Comite Maritime International to deliver the Luncheon Address at the IBA Maritime and Transport Conference in Oslo yesterday. She spoke about the draft CMI Convention on the international recognition of judicial sales and the work undertaken by Working Group VI of UNCITRAL at the United Nations in New York last week.
