On 12 March 2026, Betsson and Rhino Entertainment Group entered into an agreement for Betsson to acquire part of the Rhino Entertainment business for a total purchase price of EUR 64.5 million.
Nicolai Vella Falzon and Luca Amato from the Fenech & Fenech M&A team acted as local counsel to the Rhino Entertainment Group, in collaboration with DLA Piper (Sweden) as lead Counsel. The deal is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2026 and the firm will continue to assist until completion.
