We are delighted to kick off the second year of our ongoing Maritime Practice series with a courtesy visit to the MY YERSIN, one of the most iconic and prestigious yachts in our yachting portfolio, during her stay in Malta.

Our organisation has had the honour of servicing the MY YERSIN through our various departments within Fenech & Fenech Advocates, Fenech & Fenech Marine Services and Fenlex from her construction stage to date.

Renowned for its innovative sustainability and capability to journey to the farthest corners of the globe, the MY YERSIN is a marvel of engineering and elegance. Since her delivery from Piriou Shipyard in 2015, the MY YERSIN has been involved in expeditions in conjunction with the Jacques Cousteau team, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the Oceanographic Museum in Monaco.

Our team wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to the owner for the many years of trust shown in our organisation and for entrusting us with her legal, flag and corporate requirements. We also wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Captain Jean Dumarais for the excellent relationship developed with our team of professionals over the years, and for providing a warm welcome and most informative tour of this impressive vessel.
