The team at Fenech & Fenech Marine Services Ltd. assisted with the registration of the luxury passenger vessel “ILMA” under the Malta flag. This high-end ‘superyacht’ is the second luxury vessel to join the fleet of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Built and delivered by Chantiers de l’Atlantique, a shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, the vessel has embarked on her maiden voyage to offer passengers a taste of the yachting lifestyle and an atmosphere of casual elegance.

The Ship Finance Department within Fenech & Fenech Advocates is also delighted to have assisted with the Maltese law aspects of the financing transaction of the vessel.
