Through our carefully curated DegreePlus Programme, ‘An Introduction to Shipping Law’, members of our shipping departments delivered lectures on key shipping topics as well as new trends being seen in Maritime Law.

Partner Ann Fenech, gave a holistic overview on Salvage, Towage, Pilotage and Collisions. Students were deeply engaged with scenarios Ann encountered during her 37 years in the field, benefiting from her wealth of expertise and practical experiences.

Our final speaker, Associate Matthew Cassar, addressed future challenges and trends in Maritime Law, focusing on topics such as MASS, Cybersecurity, EU Sanctions and Green Shipping.
