Deo Falzon, Senior Associate within our TMT Department, will be speaking at the seminar “Protecting Creativity: Understanding Copyrights & Trademarks“, organised by Għaqda Studenti tal-Liġi in collaboration with Arts Council Malta, on 21 March in Valletta.

The seminar will focus on Maltese and EU copyright law, trademark protection, and emerging developments in AI and intellectual property.
