Ann Fenech, Head of Department, along with  Adrian Attard, Partner  and  Martina Farrugia, Senior Associate  within our Marine Litigation Department, participated in the 19th Edition of the International Maritime Law Seminar held in the Chartered Accountants’ Hall in London on the 8th October 2024.

The event addressed recent developments in maritime and transport law across the globe and was attended by more than 240 maritime law professionals from renowned US, South American, UK and European based law firms.

In addition, Adrian contributed to the event as a panellist during the third session titled ‘Sanctions, Arrests and Injunctions: how to secure your marine operations’ which provided the perfect opportunity of showcasing Malta as an attractive arrest hot spot.
