Maria DeBono, Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department, will be attending the INSOL Europe and Réseau CAP Seminar on 6 March in Brussels.

The seminar will explore how corporate groups navigate complex cross-border challenges, featuring expert-led discussions, EU-level insights, and practical guidance. A representative of the European Commission will also deliver the keynote address, offering personal insights into current EU Commission initiatives on group insolvencies.
