Our Managing Partner Ann Fenech will be addressing the 11th Edition of the Superyacht Finance Forum held on the 25th September 2018 at the Café’ de Paris in Montecarlo on the eve of the Monaco Yacht Show where she will be delivering a presentation titled “When owners default – The Indian Empress and other considerations”.

She will be accompanied by Alison Vassallo who heads our Yachting Department.

They will both subsequently be attending the Monaco Yacht Show held between the 26th and the 29th September and will be available to answer questions on how Maltese law and Maltese solutions can be of assistance to international yacht owners.
