Fenech & Fenech Advocates has organised with success a special edition of The Malta Employment Law Conference focusing on the GDPR and its applications on human resources, recruitment and employment. This full day conference adopted a case study-based approach which provided a practical insight into the key implications of the GDPR and what data protection law means. Our expert in-house speakers, Dr Paul Gonzi, Dr Antonio Ghio and Dr Thomas Bugeja applied their practical know-how and experience in the carrying out of GDPR Legal Audits. Dr Nicholas Borg, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager & Privacy Officer at Vodafone Malta Limited, also shared his practical insight and experience in preparing for the GDPR. The conference took place at the Salini Resort Hotel & Spa, Salina Bay on the 15th of March 2018 and was well attended by HR Professionals, Managers and Employers from various business sectors.
