Fenech and Fenech Advocates recently co-hosted the 16th ShipArrested.com Annual Members’ Conference at the Phoenicia Hotel in Malta. Adrian Attard opened the conference, which was extremely well attended with over 100 delegates from over 30 countries. Furthermore, Ann Fenech participated on a stimulating panel discussion on judicial sales as well as the recent developments regarding the Draft Convention on Foreign Judicial Sales of Ships and their Recognition.
