Partner and Head of the Yachting Department Alison Vassallo moderated a Panel with the theme “The latest tax and regulatory developments” at the 7th Annual Opportunities in Superyachts Conference which was held on the 28th March at the Hilton Hotel. The panel of tax and legal experts from Malta, Italy, France, Spain, Croatia & Greece discussed the most salient developments over the past year affecting tax and regulatory developments effecting the ownership and operation of yachts in their respective jurisdictions.
