Fenech and Fenech Advocates had the pleasure of welcoming to their offices a group of law students visiting from Aarhus University in Denmark on Thursday 21 March 2019.

The students who are visiting Malta on a Study Visit organised by ELSA Aarhus in collaboration with ELSA Malta were greeted by Managing Partner and Head of our Marine Litigation Department Ann Fenech who provided the students with an overview of the factors that render Malta a true Maritime Law hub. This was followed by the delivery of an overview of the law effecting Yachting in Malta by Head of our Yachting Department Alison Vassallo and by a presentation delivered by Ms Rowena Grima who heads our Ship Registration Department who covered registration and mortgages under Maltese law.

We are proud to support these student initiatives and look forward to participate in similar ones in the future.
