Dr Rosanne Bonnici, Tax Partner of the firm, delivered a joint session on Day 2 of this year’s Conference held on 5^th March 2021.  The session addressed issues around Corporate Governance and took the form of a conversation around practical guidance in the context of several technical, topical and controversial issues around the duties of, and risks, faced by those in the industry providing directorship services today.

Dr. Bonnici heads the firm’s Tax & Immigration Law Team and corporate law is another main area of specialisation of hers.
